"We are feeling a renewed sense of hope when it comes to tackling poops with our daughter, and we really appreciate your help! [After our first virtual call] I'm so happy to let you know that we had an effortless, tear free poop yesterday! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! [After trying the strategies I suggested for a few weeks] It's been a complete change since we met with you and implemented the strategies. It's amazing!"
"Cindy showed my daughter ways to identify her emotions and coping strategies when she was struggling with hard emotions at school and home. We have used the things Cindy taught her to help our whole family communicate better. Would recommend Cindy to anyone!"

Unique to New Heights Occupational Therapy and Wellness is that we support both the mom and baby/child and therefore the entire family to function better.
Our approach fosters improved self-awareness, self-compassion, and a better understanding of your health and your child's development. By helping you re-engage with meaningful activities and connections, we aim to boost your energy and strengthen your bonds, all while recognizing that you are not alone in this journey.
Attend your Appointment
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. During our first meeting, I will ask you a series of questions and explain how we will work together. You’ll share details about your current health challenges, contributing factors, and their impact on your daily life. If the appointment is for your child, I will observe their play, interactions with you and me, and participation in daily activities (like feeding or brushing teeth), school skills (such as drawing or cutting), or leisure activities they want to improve.
Leave equipped with resources and tools to achieve your goals!
You will identify your goals for yourself or your child (with your child's input if they are old enough). I will provide both verbal and written recommendations, along with resources and tools to help achieve those goals. A follow-up visit will be scheduled at the end of our first appointment or can be arranged through my website.

I have grown so much in 6 individual sessions with Cindy and I’m leaving with an armful of practical tools to continue on my own. This is just what I needed!

My wellness and well-being was a clear priority to Cindy and I really felt seen and heard as a new mom. It was the start of finding myself again after baby.

Cindy is an incredible person and therapist. Her mommy group was amazing to attend even when my little one wasn't born yet! She is informative, patient, and so so supportive of moms!
